OUR TRUSTED CHEF
Our family took over at Heart of Thai in 2021 and we were so excited for the new journey! Chef Sam had been cooking his amazing food here since the opening of the restaurant years and years ago. With that, it was really important for us to keep Chef Sam--at home--here in Heart of Thai and we are so grateful for the delicious food and countless laughs since then.

He has also begun teaching our daughter Kiana--the one in the middle--how to prepare some of his dishes which we couldn't be more excited about.
